I made this piece a couple of years back and called it Letting Go.

I was having a particularly painful time letting go of something then and found solace in my makeshift basement studio where I work.
Letting go in general is a challenge of mine. Whether that’s letting go of people, ideas, dreams, expectations, attachments, habits, nostalgia, places, fears, possessions, my work!
Perhaps this is why I am trying to carve out a career for myself picking up the things that other people have let go of!
All the objects in this piece once belonged to someone and have been ‘let go’ at some point in time.
